Our client, one of the leading names in personal finance is looking for a field based mortgage consultant. The position will initially be office based but will eventually be based at home, to cover the Glasgow and Edinburgh area.
The Role:
- To obtain relevant information for the file, eg. Rent reference, credit search.
- Undertake initial fact find with the client*clients.
- Source and underwrite the most appropriate mortgage from a panel of lenders.
- Arrange suitable appointments dates and manage diary.
- Attend appointments at clients homes and discuss the mortgage sourced with the client.
- Discuss option of Accident, Sickness and Unemployment cover where appropriate.
- Arrange valuation where appropriate.
- Prepare case to be submitted to the Processing Team prior to being sent to the lender.
The Person:
Must be CeMAP qualified with preferably 12 months mortgage experience. Experience within the sub-prime market is preferable although not essential.
Our client is looking for highly motivated people who can manage their time effectively. An outgoing personality is essential to develop and maintain relationships.
Salary Ј25,000k ote Ј35,000k + Benefits + Company Car + Petrol Card
